after a short use the plastic split in the middle (i did not tug on it nor apply pressure ever, the plastic just separated by itself) and now i can’t use it as the filling balls fall out every time i so much as move it. very disappointed, waste of money and bad quality. also it doesn’t strap tightly to the head as the elastic band is thin and flimsy, i have to hold it to my head instead of wearing it.

The product keeps the temperature well for about 2 hours. Unfortunately the length of the stap that is supposed to secure the mask on a head is not adjustable, so I had to apply the mask to the affected area by hand.

I leave in the freezer all the time and use

I leave in the freezer all the time and use morning and night , its not the best fitting onto the eyes I press gently, it is really cold obviously as been in the freezer but it starts to warm after 3 minutes so definitely isn't 20 minutes, does help reduce bags under the eye so will continue to use
