It is a natural food supplement that contains the exclusive Marilex (a deep-sea-fish-derived marine extract) and other minerals and vitamins. Nourkrin woman takes the form of small tablets that are easy to swallow with a single 60-tablet box containing 1 month's treatment.

  • Marilex® (fractionated FISH extract with specific lectican proteoglycans), silicon dioxide, D-biotin, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), glazing agents (polyvinyl alcohol; polyethylene glycol; talc), stabilisers (magnesium salts of fatty acids; hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), colours (calcium carbonate; iron oxides).   • Take one tablet twice daily.Safety WarningNot suitable for those allergic to FISH. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. My hair wasn't as thick and shiny as it used to be and I started to get concerned as a lot was coming out on a daily basis. I blamed the menopause and decided I needed to do something about it. After reading other reviews I thought I'd give Nourkrin a try. I am very pleased with the results. I have been taking 1 tablet twice a day now for 6 months and my hair is thicker, fuller and shinier. I shall continue to take the tablets but will reduce my dosage to 1 a day.

I have been using these tablets since oct 2019 - im almost finished my first months supply, and i have noticable change in my hair, In November my hair was falling out in the clumps, i didnt know why and i was in a state of panic. i had a big head of fluffy curls, and at that stage it was 1/4 of the hair i had. Purchased these tablets and have been taking them every day as well as using a leave in conditioner, to try and repair the hair, and its feeling and looking thicker, and its not coming out in clumps. Before it felt like straw, and kept matting and i literally had to cut it out. now thankfully it feels like hair again, So im getting my next month ordered now and i will stay on them as i do feel they are working.
