Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Brightening Flawless Finish micro powder has been designed to brighten, blur and lift the look of eyes and face. The powder brightens skin by up to 81%, reduces the look of dark circles, and leaves skin looking flawless. The powder contains Light-Bounce Technology, Hyaluronic Acid, Vegan Collagen and Golden Vitamin C, which helps to hydrate the skin, and also sets make up for up to 16 hours.
