  • Always Discreet are a revolutionary new line of Incontinence Pads designed specifically for Women. They Pads host a range of features to make managing incontinence easier and hassle free. The Always Discreet Long are suitable for frequent leakage in medium intensity and when lighter pads are just not enough. The pads feature a unique Dual Lock Core which locks away odour and wetness. The pads are lightly scented helping you feel confident and fresh. The pads are thin and flexible and feature a sticky backing. They are also individually wrapped and can be disposed of easily. Full length Leak Guards offer even more protection keeping you dry all day.

These are really useful pads both for my old aunty who suffers a bit with incontinence and for heavy period flow days where night time can be a bit of a nightmare with shorter and less useful pads. There is no smell and they sit very comfortably in the underwear. Make sure to get the correct size
