Furla Irresistibile Eau de Parfum 100ml Spray

I don't think this is really an Eau de Parfum as the scent does not last very long!! It's more like Eau fraiche given that I can't smell much after a couple hours. The scent itself is alright, fairly sweet and comes in a nicely shaped bottle, albeit quite a small one as it's only got 30ml inside, which you wouldn't think given the size of the box it comes in. For the price, it's quite disappointing as the scent is nice but short-lived. Unfortunately, not something that I would want to purchase as it's not the best value and can find much better scents elsewhere.

This is a lovely, light, floral scented spray perfume, presented in a stylish mauve bottle with a gold top and lettering. The initial scents (top notes) have a citrus fragrance, followed by a more flowery fragrance with a definite scent of violet (middle notes). I could not tell if any base notes come through as I am not familiar with the scents that are used. If you want more information on notes, please refer back to the product page. This perfume reminds me of a French perfume (Worth Paris - Je Reviens), that I wore in my younger days which also had tones of violet in. As this is Perfume and not Eau De Toilette, I expected it to last much longer than it did. It wore off after about 2 hours. This perfume comes in 4 other fragrances to try, including a travel sample box, so you can choose which is your favourite before you commit. In summary, I really liked the scent of this perfume, the reason for the reduced rating is down to it not lasting and needing to be reapplied, which is disappointing considering it is priced in the higher range.

To be honest, I ordered the wrong product I was looking for another fragrance of the same line but I accidentally ordered this one. To my surprise this absolutely smells delightful. I will say this is something I normally don't wear because I'm more into warmer notes but I would definitely recommend and this is definitely helped me introduce my notes to a different type of scent.

I'm the type of person that responds to scents and is one of my go to sensory options when feeling stressed. All of the different notes in the perfume sounded great and some I hadn't heard of before. The bottle is gorgeous and looks modern. I find the top hard to remove as it's so stiff and comes off with a jolt. Getting the lid back on isn't much easier either. I sprayed once on each wrist and then on the neck. The initial citrus scent is very brief and gone after one inhalation, making it easy to miss. I then found the floral scent coming through, but it smelled pretty standard to me. Having said that, it's a good medium strength and isn't too overpowering. Unfortunately, I didn't get any lavender coming through, which is one of my favourites. Honestly, the scent reminded me of an older persons perfume and not really one for the late 20s. I also tried walking into the perfume and that didn't work that well, which was a shame. One positive though, it lasts very well and a couple of hours later, I could still smell it on my skin.

This bottle of perfume arrived simply packed and in perfect condition. It's so tricky reviewing perfume as it's completely subjective. I prefer quite heavy perfume and my go to is alien, so i am not afraid to try something stronf! However this has given me a headache, it's so cloying. I wouldn't have guessed most of the key notes without reading the full listing - there's certainly a fresh start but it changes really quickly (seconds rather than minutes). I can smell a strong floral but wouldn't have guessed tuberose (which i love in the garden). It's a strange mix - that very weak initial scent followed by what becomes a really long lasting strong scent which unfortunately I really don't like! I don't pick up any of the final notes, just that middle mix. Definitely not one I would choose (personally I think it smells cheap, the sort of thing a store would sell as own brand perfume). Presentation wise the box and the bottle are simply designed and quite smart. I find the lud of the bottle tricky to open but that's possibly because I have damaged hands.
