  • Epic by Amoauge is an oriental woody fragrance for men. Epic is inspired by the historical silk road and has influences from many objects which were traded on this historic route, which connected China to the middle east. The green bottle with its gold details is inspired by the trade of gold and jade. Characteristic for this esteemed perfume house from Oman is the contemporary use of traditional Middle Eastern ingredients. The scent itself contains many of the spices, oud and incense which were traded along the actual silk road. The result is an elegant masculine fragrance with many layers.

This is a great perfume. The first time I smelled it I felt a strong incense note, but the next day I started feeling the whole gamma- bergamot for a start, incense and resins, a woody touch for the last hours. It's not a lasting aroma- half a day to get to feeling the base notes slightly and I have had much longer lasting perfumes, but this is an aroma that gives a feeling of high class.

Dieser Duft ist ein einziger Superlativ. Aus der gesamten Amouage-Herrenreihe ist kein zweiter so intensiv und lang anhaltend wie Amouage Epic. In der Tat episch! Er ist das Schwert unter den Amouage-Dften, die Klinge des Kriegers, der Leitwolf unter den Herrenparfms. Ein Duft, der klar macht, dass sein Trger wei, was er will, unbeirrt seinen Weg geht und alle Widerstnde ausrumt. Grne Flasche, aber nichts fr grne Jungs. Wer sich diesen Duft traut, sollte nicht den Kopf eingezogen haben, sondern den Blick erhoben und die Hand bereit, jederzeit den Sbel zu ziehen. Ein Kmpferparfm, definitiv nichts fr den romantischen Abend, denn es verfhrt nicht, sondern schchtert ein. Von allen Wassern, die ich zu Hause habe, ist das der einzige Duft, auf den ich bisher angesprochen wurde. Ich kenne auch keinen zweiten Duft, den man so vorsichtig dosieren muss wie Amouage Epic. Ein Sprhsto vor die Brust ist wie ein Faustschlag von Klitschko. Er wrde fr eine Woche reichen, wenn man sich nicht zwischendurch duschen wrde. Handle with care! Zum Vergleich: Amouage Interlude: Schwer und slich. Im ersten Moment sehr vornehm, aber wegen seiner schweren Se auf Dauer etwas aufdringlich. Nichts fr den Alltag, eher fr's festliche Ausgehen. Amouage Reflection: Elegant, sehr alltagstauglich, fruchtig. Wirkt jung und dynamisch, ohne jungenhaft zu sein. Strahlt Optimismus, Tatkraft und dennoch eine erfrischende Leichtigkeit aus. Perfektes Parfm fr den jugendlichen, coolen Manager oder alle, die zeigen wollen, dass sie jung geblieben sind. Amouage Gold: Sehr distinguiert, fr den reiferen Mann ab 50. Vornehme Mischung aus Se und Eleganz. Amouage Memoir: Liegt irgendwo in der Mitte zwischen Reflection und Gold. Etwas reifer als Reflection, aber weit jnger als Gold. Frisch und alltagstauglich. Amouage Fate, Amouage Jubilation: Beide stehen trotz ihrer Unterschiedlichkeit fr mich auf einer Stufe. Wrzig, geheimnisvoll und unheimlich interessant. Tolle Ausgeh- und Dating-Parfms. Amouage Lyric: Ein Unisex-Duft, sehr blumig, sehr romantisch, aber dadurch auch sehr feminin. Fr's erste Date eher ein Risiko. Man kann sich damit die Aura des Zrtlichen und Sensiblen verleihen, aber bei der falschen Frau auch rasch in der Weichei- und Softie-Schublade landen. Wrd' ich nur nehmen, wenn sie den Duft an mir akzeptiert oder mag. Amouage Silver, Amouage Ciel, Amouage Dia: Fr mich in derselben Kategorie. Sehr alltagstauglich, frisch, elegant, aber nicht ganz so aufregend. Etwas reifer als Reflection.
