In 1916, a unique perfume was created in a small perfumery in the historic part of the city of Parma, Italy. It was unusually fresh and modern compared to the German perfumes that were common at the time. The first purely Italian Eau de Cologne was created that year. The most remarkable thing about this cologne was its purity and also its composition, which has not changed to this day. The Acqua di Parma brand is behind this real story about a new chapter in the world of fragrances. Over the years, the company has really gained in popularity. Already in the 1950s, it was a favorite of Hollywood stars, who frequented the company's boutiques during their visits to Italy to purchase their famous cologne in an elegant art deco bottle. From the 1960s, Acqua di Parma became an exclusive brand intended for high society, which was further confirmed in 2001, when it was bought by the LVMH company, offering the most luxurious goods from various regions. From her stable is not only Acqua di Parma, but also champagne Moët or world-famous Louis Vuitton fashion pieces and many others.
