StriVectin Advanced Acid serum

This StriVectin serum actually makes my skin look better. My skin looks smoother and more clear and even. I am very pleased with the results so far. My pores look smaller as well. The serum has a perfumey smell but I like it and think it smells nice. It is light and non-greasy. It does leave a cool sensation for a few minutes but I don't mind that at all. The bottle is fairly small and won't last long, even only using 2-3 pumps at a time. It spreads well and does not irritate my skin. I don't find it very moisturizing though and my skin doesn't feel like I've used moisturizer after using this serum. I do follow the direction of using this serum under my regular face cream so that helps with my dry skin. On it's own, I don't think this would provide enough moisture for me. Overall, I am pleased with this product and would recommend it.

Nice but Expensive

We live in a very dry climate and of course faces take a beating as we age. I'm always looking for a new product that can slow the ravages of age and climate and not crunch the pocket book, too. This one doesn't do that. It does contain hyaluronic acid, The smell, I think is pleasant and non-obtrusive. It's east to apply, and I've noticed no irritation to skin(although that can be very personal). It does definitely help moisturize and not feel greasy or drying. I can't say it's done anything for wrinkles, bags, dark circles, sagging or age spots. Bottom line: It cost too much.

Makes lines fade fast!

I'm in my thirties and don't really *need* anti-aging products. But my sister-in-law, who is 37, has begun to persuade me to give them a try. Apparently I'm a good target market for anti-aging products because (a) I'm relatively young and my skin has a bounce-back capacity; and (b) I have more wrinkles than I should because I'm skinny with thin facial skin and my lines show. So, regarding this StriVectin product, it had an amazing, almost instantly noticeable effect. I put it on one evening and, in the morning, the skin around my eyes looked kind of puffy -- not in a bad way, just full and free of the usual lines. It was amazing. Since then, I've been using it fairly frequently, not every day, but just enough to make a difference, and I'm already noticing that the lines are starting to fade around my eyes. This particular product is easy to apply with the little pump container (less messy than a tub), has a faint scent, and feels good on the skin. To sum up my review, I think this stuff is great for youngish people -- even as young as thirties -- who have thin facial skin and want to keep lines from developing, or even make them fade (as in my case). Really amazing product. Recommended to others!

StriVectin Hyaluronic Serum

This StiVectin Hyaluronic serum works well in moisturizing my skin. I use a pea sized amount over my face only in the evening before I use my moisturizer. It makes my skin soft and it does moisturize well without making my skin greasy. Although I do enjoy the benefits of this serum I doubt I will but it again because of the high price point and feel there are cheaper alternatives out there to this serum.
