Have used this product for many years and it works well for Hair, Skin and Nails but if you really want to see good results use 2 tabs a day instead of 1 it says on the pack.

I used these tablets a few times before in 3-month long periods however the last time I used them they didn't help with my hair shedding. I then tried other remedies and they proved to be more effective than these tablets. I don't think I'll continue using them every year. I prefer vitamin D and biotin which were good for me.
