This cream is, like described, very rich. It has a buttery texture. It does a great job intensely moisturize my skin, even overnight. Skin look bright, smooth, but a little greasy.

A little goes a long way for this. The consistency is thick and spreads well, leaving a hydrating feel to my face. Even though the container is small, it doesnt run out too quickly.

Clarins usually hits it out of the park. So when I saw this on sale I jumped on it. Unfortunately the formula is a little too thick and didn't absorb well. Also also left me with an oily feeling. If your skin is extremely dry this could be a good fit for you. For me, I could only stomach it for a couple of hours before I had to wash my face. I even got a pimple. I can't say for sure that product gave me the zit but that was the only change in my routine

Cheat on Amount in Jar

This is a good product. However, I ordered the 1.7 oz. net wt. It clearly shows that amount on the jar when I ordered it. What I received was the 1.6 oz net wt. This is false advertising.

Lightweight hydration

I have combination skin that tends to run oily in the summer and dry in the winter. This is a great moisturizer, it truly does soak right in and my skin feels soft and hydrated. It really saved my bacon after I got a sunburn. It helped retain moisture and helped heal my sunburn quick.
