Luxury treatment

This essence is of such high quality. My face feels so well-moisturized and my complexion is clearer and brighter after using this toner. It is a great prep for any serums and is wonderful as a refresher midday. Many toners hydrate but this is akin to having a liquid lotion on my skin. I only use a thin layer and the effects are more than impressive not only just in my tone but also plumping fine lines.

Light and fragrant

Clarins never disappoint me! The bottle is exactly as advertised. The liquid is like milky lotion -- pretty light, which can be used right after washing the face, or as the last step of facial care. The smell is so pleasant, like some freshing flower. I have sensitive skin, but no stinging by using this product. Last but not least, it's a HUGE bottle which can last for a long long time!

I am really enjoying this Clarins product! They call it a "milky essence", which to me is a liquid-like moisturizer. My morning facial routine includes a Vitamin C serum, but now that I have this, I am using this at least every other day instead. Vitamin C serum stings a bit, whereas this moisturizer just feels nice. The instructions state to shake the bottle first, so I make sure to do that before dispensing some onto my finger. It spreads over my face and neck very easily and absorbs quickly. I don't notice any sticky residue once it absorbs. I love that this is a pretty large bottle at 6.7 ounces for something like this.

Light and moisturizing

I'm a long-time fan of Clarins products and this one did not disappoint. First off, it smells lovely. Like a light, floral scent. It's really nice, and lingers for awhile, which I especially like at night. I find it to be very moisturizing, even though it is a thinner product. It soaks in quickly and provides lasting moisture. It leaves my skin really smooth, too, which I love. I've only used it for a few weeks, so I suspect it may be too soon to notice any sort of change in the darker spots I'd love to see diminished. Jury's still out on that part, but I like this product so much that it's not a chore to remember to apply it. From my experience so far, I like this a lot! Clarins does it again. Highly recommend.
