Be festival ready with this water and smudge proof lip kit which is easy to apply, lasts up to 8 hours and holds approximately 25 applications.
Four easy steps to Glitter Lips…
1.Ensure lips are dry & Clean.
2.Keeping lips parted, apply the gloss. Allow gloss to turn clear. Apply one lip at a time.
3.Generously apply glitter to lips using the applicator pad, ensuring an even coverage. Lightly dampen pad to help lift glitter.
4.Dust off any excess.
TIPS: Apply lip balm a few minutes before Glitter Lip application. Pat off excess oils with a tissue. Apply Gloss Bond & Cosmetic Glitter to one lip at a time. Apply the Cosmetic Glitter directly to the lips with the specially designed dual-end applicator sponge (Dampen to pick up the Glitter). Dust off excess with the brush end of the applicator.
Remove with an oil based cleanser.
