John Varvatos JV x NJ Eau de Toilette 75ml Spray

This product is well designed, feels like a quality product and is presented in a dark burgundy coloured bottle. The top has a clean chrome looking industrial bolt like top, due to the design you would think it twists off - no it pulls off to reveal the sprayer which gives a good spread. The fragrance itself is great, a very attractive aroma that carries well but is not overwhelming, it lasts a long time too. The price tag of 55 is a little steep for 75ml though, nether-less a quality product, trial this at the shops if they have testers on display, you will be pleasantly surprised.

I like this a lot. I recently tried some similarly priced Ted Baker aftershave and have to say I was disappointed in the both the strength and longevity. Not such issues here. The scent is very similar to Cool Water by Davidoff which is one of my favourites. It's fresh and clean without being overly dour and masculine. We want to smell nice and have it noticed too. Once on it stays a good amount of time (rather than the usual five mins and gone!). The box is nice and simple, smart and classy. The bottle is lovely, pleasing to the eye but unobtrusive on any shelf. The pump spray works perfectly. I only know Nick Jonas from his famously bad guitar solo at a music awards show which seems to have attracted a lot of You Tube derision. I will forgive him that though as, what he lacks in fret skills, he has made up for with a keen nose (although I rather suspect he has done little more than had his name lent to this). Also, if anyone were to ask, I'll just tell them I'm wearing John Varvatos... :) Overall, it may be a tad on the pricey side, but this is a solid winner in the world of aftershaves!

Leather Aromatic notes emanate masculine comfort. Madagascar Vetiver Deep musks add transparent warmth and addictive edge. Fragrance is a mix of Dior with Boss in my opinion. Trendy and fresh. I quite like it on my husband. I do not know why but men's fragrances tend to linger longer than womens. This one is no exception. It stays on very well providing it eau de toilette. The bottom line is I like it and my husband likes it too.

This smells amazing! It is a nice strong smell and smells soapy clean. I can't stop sniffing my other half when he sprays this 😂 The smell also does not fade much during the day, I could still smell it on him when he walked into the door after a day at work.
